Return and Refund Policy
At Day Night Furniture & Projects, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to cancel an item or seek a refund, we have outlined our policies below to guide you through the process.
Cancellation Process:
1. Damage or Defect: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our delivery personnel immediately upon receipt. You can report the issue by raising a ticket at our help center. Our team will assess the damage or defect within 72 hours and provide an appropriate solution. This may include a return, replacement, or other corrective measures determined by Day Night Furniture & Projects.
2. Wrong Product: In the event that the received product does not match the specifications of your original order, kindly raise the issue promptly and report it by raising a ticket at our help center.
3. Change in Requirement: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the product is still in production or pre-production stage. Once the product has been dispatched from our national/regional warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. After the 24-hour window, no cancellations will be entertained.
Please ensure that any damage or defect concerns are addressed or submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product. Queries received after this timeline will not be entertained.
For fragile products, we request customers to share an unboxing video in case of damage or defect.

Return and Refund:
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- All refunds and replacement processes are subject to the pickup of all canceled items from your or the customer’s premises.
- Once the products are received back at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 days.
- Refunds will be issued via NEFT, cash, or the original payment method.
- Depending on the orders, processing charges may be deducted.
Warranty:
Our products come with a 36-month warranty period, covering manufacturing or workmanship defects occurring during normal household use. This warranty applies to products purchased after April 15, 2024.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear over prolonged use
- Damages due to incorrect cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents
- Incorrect installation or assembly by the customer
- Issues arising from inappropriate use or storage
- Natural characteristics of wood such as joint lines or wood grains
For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms only, with no warranty on upholstery fabrics.
For any warranty issues, please raise a ticket through our Help Center, and we will address your query promptly.
Delivery:
Our support and delivery team are dedicated to ensuring a hassle-free installation process for you.
- Free delivery applies to the first attempt at delivery to your ship-to address. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries or later installations.
- Deliveries are limited to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift.
- Extra charges may apply for weekend or specific time deliveries.
- Products will be held at our delivery center for 10 days upon reaching your nearest delivery center. After this period, additional charges may apply for extended storage.
